A Few Changes to Savvy Source

August 10, 2009

Soon we will be relaunching our city pages to be more event focused so that on any given day you can see what is going on in Metro New Orleans. We also plan to make it easier to search for things to do with your preschooler depending on just what they are into at the moment.

In addition to the new format, we are also launching a social network where you will be able to customize your child's interests, search for toy and book reviews and check their progress as they get ready for school. You can sign up for this easily through your Facebook account. Go to the main page of Savvy Source and opt to "join my savvy source now."

New Orleans Savvy Source will continue to disseminate information about preschool open houses and deadlines for applications with a focus on the public school system.

As always if there is something you are interested in, leave a comment or send me an email at beingsavvyneworleans@beingsavvy.com.

These moments tend to sneak up on me. The other day it struck me how my eldest daughter is no longer the shape and size of a toddler, she walks and moves  Read more...
